Workplace Mediation Training

Workplace Mediation is a confidential process. It gives employees and employers in dispute with each other an opportunity to work with a neutral third person, a mediator, or a conciliator to find a mutually agreed solution to the conflict and dispute. Workplace mediation is a voluntary process like other mediation processes, which need to have both sides agreeing to participate and to work towards a solution to the conflict or dispute.

If there are no agreed outcomes reached, other ways of resolving the dispute will have to be used. In that scenario, the mediator or the conciliator will assist the participants to decide how best to proceed.
